dpHUB-AM Initiative
The dpHUB Data Protection Center is a leading initiative in Armenia aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data and privacy.
Our mission is to support public institutions, commercial entities, and civil society organizations in protecting their data by providing consultations, training, and compliance audits.
dpHUB operates in cooperation with the CyberHUB-AM cybersecurity incident response team of the Media Diversity Institute, implementing, participating in, or supporting activities related to personal data protection.
Services
The services of dpHUB essentially include comprehensive Data Protection Officer (DPO) and data protection expert services. More detailed information can be found in the Services section.

Legality Assessment
Within the framework of assessing the legality of personal data processing, we determine whether a specific data processing activity complies with applicable legislation. In simple terms, we check whether you have the legal right to process particular personal data in a specific way.
Research
We offer studies on personal data processing practices and legislation across different sectors. This includes presenting best practices for processing personal data in specific fields, preparing opinions on legal acts or draft laws related to personal data processing, and developing policy briefs and policy documents.
Consultation
We provide both one time and long term consulting services, including Data Protection Officer (DPO) services.
Training
As part of our training services, we conduct educational sessions and workshops on personal data protection and data processing, and serve as trainers and moderators in professional discussions and trainings.
Representation
Within the framework of representation services, we can act on your behalf in matters related to personal data processing, including serving as your representative or contact point in relations both with data subjects and with the authorized personal data protection authority.
