The proposed programme will provide a comprehensive support helpline services with the following components:

  • 24/7 Phone Support: Providing round-the-clock assistance to children and parents.
  • Chatbot: Offering immediate, automated responses to common queries and concerns.
  • Cyberhub.am Subsection: Featuring a FAQ section and access to the chatbot for additional support.
