The project has two core objectives:
- To strengthen Armenia’s resilience to foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) in the lead-up to the 2026 parliamentary elections by systematically monitoring and analyzing key disinformation and influence narratives related to elections, peace and security, foreign policy orientation, and democratic institutions, and by tracking their evolution, intensity, and amplification over time.
- To enhance the capacity of media organizations and other key stakeholders to understand, interpret, and respond to emerging disinformation and influence narratives through the regular production and dissemination of timely, evidence-based analytical outputs and structured engagement with journalists and fact-checking actors.
