Period: 1 June 2026 – 31 December 2026
Donor organization: Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany
Consortium Lead: Araminta gUG, Germany
Implementer: Media Diversity Institute
The initiative aims to strengthen regional capacities to respond to Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) by establishing an effective coordination mechanism among CSOs from Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine by 31 December 2026.
Within the framework of the project, the network established through this cooperation will monitor information threats and coordinate joint responses. In particular, a unified methodological framework and an analytical report will be developed, and targeted advocacy will be carried out in selected European capitals.
As a result of this cooperation, the project will contribute to more targeted, evidence-based, and effective European responses to Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference in the Eastern Partnership region, grounded in adequate resources and unified methodological approaches. At the same time, it will strengthen the capacities and influence of local CSOs, enabling them to become more active and credible actors in policymaking and advocacy processes.
