The strategic objective of this project is to establish comprehensive digital security standards for Armenia’s civil society sector. This initiative aims to protect the sensitive information managed by Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) by standardizing and institutionalizing digital security practices.
Key objectives:
- Standardization: Develop and implement a set of digital security standards based on international best practices and local needs.
- Capacity Building: Provide training for CSO representatives on secure data management and communication.
- Public Awareness: Raise awareness and encourage CSOs to adopt the standards through targeted campaigns.
- Risk Mitigation: Equip CSOs with the tools and knowledge to mitigate cybersecurity risks and respond to threats.
- Policy Advocacy: Collaborate with government and local partners to support the adoption and enforcement of these standards.
Achieving these goals will enhance the digital security of CSOs, enabling them to operate securely and focus on their core missions.
